AustraliaUnfortunately this item was not as described. Rather than using it ourselves (as intended), it has gone to the guest room. The euro pillows are great but the standard pillows are not worth purchasing.

AustraliaI bought the firm and high pillow, but within months it was half of its original height. This resulted in waking up after a poor night's sleep with a stiff neck and a headache.

AustraliaI am very happy using these every night. An ultimate pillow is what they are. Great for sitting up in bed or just lazing on. I like these a lot.
AustraliaIt's high and firm as described
AustraliaUltimate loft high and firm pillows are not as advertised. Pillows were not firm at all and if they are to be considered “firm” they are at the lowest end of the scale. After using each pillows for 4 nights, all pillows lost their height and were 3x less the height they were when they “puffed up” once removed from the delivery packaging. I received the pillows by Australia Post and they were rolled up tightly and secured with tight masking tape which seemed to make the pillows use their shape straight away. The pillows were not vacuum sealed, which would have made way more sense, and I was quite confused about why so much masking tape was used. The removal of the masking tape ripped the plastic casing making it impossible for me to return the pillows once I realised they were all losing their shape (which was very quickly). I would suggest finding a retailer if you would like to buy these items, as Tontine has a terrible returns policy that makes it impossible to return the pillows. 10/10 would not recommend Tontine online or these particular pillows. Buy from a retailer and NOT from this website.
