AustraliaThe cover on the pillow is soft and smooth. The memory foam slowly compresses when you rest on it. It is soft and moulds into the shape of your body. When you release pressure the pillow slowly revives. It's a good size and height. I feel like this pillow will retain longevity. I got this half price at the RJect shop. Happy as.

AustraliaI brought this pillow for both my husband and I to upgrade from our cheap polyester pillows. They feel like rocks and we both only lasted half a night on them. At 2am we both woke up with aching lower necks and shoulders and pain that lasted all day. What a nightmare! Apparently you need to wear memory pillows in so I’ve had my children jump on them to accelerate the process but wow never again. I’ve decided to try it every alternate night as I hopefully wear it in because the return process seems like a nightmare
AustraliaI emailed customer support if they can price match the doona I have already bought as I found Peters of Kensington was selling it $57 less. I did ask them kindly as I paid afterpay and surely they can do price match. But they told me they dont even if I bought it from Tontine website! I honestly dont enjoy the product at all I just felt I got ripped off.
