Good morning Cindy, Thank you for taking the time to write you review. I am sorry to hear that you pillow has not met your expectations. Pillows are subjective and sometimes are unlikely to suit everyone's needs and requirements. Polyester by nature is a fibre that will flatten over time so regular fluffy and plumping is needed to be done to get more longevity out of the pillow. If you are wanting something that is firmer then as a suggestion would be to perhaps have a look at a Memory Foam or Latex pillow. When purchasing pillows it is such a personal choice so if you can it is always advisable to go into a retail store to feel and view before purchasing.
