The pillows are beautiful but I think I need a bit firmer one
With the dawn of COVID lockdown I can only buy bed ware online. I’d love to know how you think it’s fair to refuse a refund/exchange to a freshly delivered perfectly packaged and untouched under hygienic grounds? Backstory: It’s very hard for a consumer when asked to ‘make sure you know what you buy’ as there ‘is no refund for change of mind’ since we can ONLY go by the products description online. Trust me I did my research, I read all the reviews and various descriptions via the websites the product was listed on. It sounded PERFECT. But it wasn’t when we had it delivered and tested the pillow (over the packaging obviously). Too soft for a ‘high and firm’ pillow. How can a consumer successfully purchase the right pillow for them in this current atmosphere and within your rigid protocol?
I WAS VERY DUBIOUS ABOUT THIS PILLOW. BUT I FOUND IT COMFORTABLE & THE EXTRA SUPPORT GOOD.
I love this Tontine pillow. It is very comfortable to sleep on. For good health and peaceful sleep. I highly recommend this.
