AustraliaI found the pillow was uncomfortable & no cooler than any other pillow i have purchased ... It actually felt like it was wrapping around my head during the night. It has been hot & humid but I imagined it would pull moisture away but it seemed to warm up really ****** to the point of uncomfortableness. I found the pillow very soft not firm & not high enough. Could just be me but I would not purchase again ... sticking with the standard 'high & firm' pillows in future.

AustraliaBought this pillow because I wanted a firm pillow for the head but it does not fit the "firm" pillow description because my head sinks, so I just had this as a side pillow instead. I would suggest to rename how you classify your pillow based on customer expectations like Soft, Medium, Firm and Extra Firm. For the pillow I ordered, I would classify this as medium and not firm. Quality wise I could see that pillow seem to be of good quality.
AustraliaThey are not great. They flatten out if you have a heavy head or like a really firm pillow.
AustraliaI bought 2 firm feel/high profile and 2 medium feel/medium profile pillows. Whilst the high profile pillows are slightly higher than the medium profile ones they are definitely NOT firmer. I literally pushed down on both with my hands and they just sunk. There is no give in the firm pillow as I would expect. I have to say I am not impressed at all considering these are Tontine brand but the filling in them have no substance. I can see these going rather flat in no time. I could literally make my own by going and buying polyester toy filling and stuffing it in a pillowcase. For the price they are not worth it. I could go to a cheap department store and buy their cheapest pillows available and end up with the same result.
