AustraliaI get a lot of headaches caused by a pinched nerve in my neck and I've tried about a dozen different pillows (some very expensive), but find them just too firm. I was looking for a soft, low-profile pillow and thought I'd try a Junior Pillow, which was very reasonably priced. I'm now sleeping much better and no longer waking with a headache.
